      To keep our eyes in good eyesight, we can do the following:

      Then, we should keep our books about a foot away from our eyes when we are reading . It’s bad for our eyes to read in a poor light or in the sun, in the moving bus or in bed. Doing eye-exercises will help us keep good eyesight.
